Bots create Microsoft Live Hotmail Accounts by breaking CAPTCHAs

Microsoft’s periodically revamped CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) has been broken, yet again in spite of it’s continued efforts towards protecting it.
